Yes, call us on 07733 145 256. We will take your order and provide some helpful advice if required. When you are relaxing in front of the internet and all other businesses are closed; you will be pleased to know that our opening times for sales and support are:

17:00 - 20:00 (Mon - Fri)

10:00 - 15:00 (Sat - Sun)

We will create the order, process the payment and then call you back to confirm the delivery times etc. As this is a mobile number, we will usually ask if we can call you back, therefore, saving you the cost of the call.

How quick is your delivery service and how much do you charge?

Our delivery service is usually 1-2 days, however, we would suggest that you allow up to 5 working days when using the Anytime delivery service.

Do you comply with the Office of Fair Trading?

As we are not trading 'face to face' and you are unable to examine the product in advance of sending your money; WST must adhere to the 'Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs). Workshop Service Tools fully support the rules assigned by the Office of Fair Trading and therefore, offer you a no quibble refund on all cancellations advised before tools are despatched.

If you would like to cancel an order just call or text our direct sales number. The mobile number is provided on the automated sales confirmation and all order status updates.

Delivery will be as per the time scale advised at the point of sale however, the Office of Fair Trading rules do allow us to complete the sale within 30 days in the event of any technical problems etc. Our target is always to get the tools to you ASAP (1-4 days) as we take pride in our customer service and we would like to do business with you again.

Once the tools are despatched don't worry, you have 7 days after receiving the tools in which to decide what you would like to do 'Cooling Off'. However, it is important to note that you must pay to return the tools to us and that we will only provide a refund for the initial invoice total. The money will be sent to you within 30 days upon receipt of the returned items.

We would advise you to confirm your decision to return your purchase in writing and to use a safe, reliable, recorded delivery service for our mutual protection.
