CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY 4.1 If you wish to cancel your order: (a) you can notify us by email to sales@service-tools.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you see clause 2.2; or (b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below. (c) Orders may not be cancelled once in transit. 4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange in accordance with clause 4.3 below. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. 4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid less the initial delivery amount paid at the point of sale. You may request an exchange credit as required to the sum of the goods only. 4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the product has been used or the packaging is damaged in the case of software, audio or visual products, limited edition model vehicles where the packaging has been unsealed where the products are magazines or newspapers to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you to any products that by their nature have a limited lifespan, such as flowers and fresh food The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights. 4.5 Shortages or damages should be advised within 2 days of receipt. Claims after this period will not be accepted. The carrier's delivery note must be endorsed 'received damaged / open / missing'. Non delivery must be advised in writing within 7 days of the invoice date. 4.6 Cutting tools and cutting accessories for example, drill bits, hacksaw blades, chisels are classified as consumable. Other products such as power bar heads, reducers, T40 Bits are also classed as consumable and are available as spare parts. A full list of these products is available on request. Our guarantee extends to only those component parts found to be faulty and not on complete sets. 5.
